WE DO NOT SUPPLY MAIL ORDER - THIS WEBSITE IS INTENDED PURELY AS AN ONLINE SHOWROOM - - ORDERS / PAYMENT CANNOT BE PROCESSED ON THIS WEBSITE

IN OUR SHOP We accept payment by any of these means

Cash / UK Credit / Debit cards - in person only

WE DO NOT accept Cheques/ Bankers Drafts/ Giro Bank / direct debit / American Express / Amex / Diners Club etc. - sorry.

1 - These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
2 - WE ONLY SUPPLY WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM.
3 - We DO NOT accept any goods returned as 'Non Warranty issue' I.e. the Customer has simply changed his or her mind
4 - Your order for goods is subject to availability. If we are not able to supply the goods to you for any reason after 28 days, we will on request reimburse you for those goods.
5 - All goods obtained to Special Order are on a strict Non Return / Non Refund basis.
6 - All frame sizes specified on our site are approximate for guidance.
7 - WE DO NOT OFFER FREE TRIALS - any returned goods MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION / UNUSED / PACKED AS WE SUPPLIED.

9 - We regret that we DO NOT SUPPLY MAIL ORDER - all purchases are for collection in person by the the Customer

10 - Title of goods will pass to you on receipt of & upon clearance of FULL Payment, Until then the goods remain the SOLE PROPERTY OF TRAILBLAZER.
11 - The price for the goods will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order. If due to an error or omission, the price published for the goods on our website is wrong, we will inform you of the correct price and give you an opportunity to either cancel, or proceed with the order at the correct price.
12 - All prices on our website are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of V.A.T. at the current rate
13 - TRAILBLAZER BIKES does not offer credit facilities.
14 - You will receive with your goods a receipt, this will also be your guarantee on the following terms: Should any of the goods display a Manufactural fault let us know in writing and / or phone/ email/ person WITHIN 7 DAYS, and we will inform you of how and where to return your goods OR We will at our own discretion either replace or repair the defective part.
15 - All items (excluding cables, tyres, light bulbs, batteries, and inner tubes & other wearable items) are guaranteed for 12 months for domestic use)
16 - WE CANNOT provide a guarantee in respect of any MISUSE, INCORRECT ASSEMBLY or ADJUSTMENT by THE CUSTOMER or INCORRECT MAINTENANCE or any kind of OFF ROAD ACTIVITY, STUNT or TRICK riding or KERB JUMPING or NEGLIGENCE. Please note that if any repairs are done by non registered Dealers (without our prior permission), our guarantee will not apply. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
17 - The contract between us shall be deemed, to have been made in England and shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
18 - Any changes which are made to the order description, quantity, delivery type or delivery address at the customers request are performed as a courtesy to the customer and form no part of the contract made between TRAILBLAZER BIKES and the customer. TRAILBLAZER BIKES will not accept any liability in the event of a problem arising as a result of a failure in the application of any changes made to the order.
19 - These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. Any such change shall not affect any contract subsisting between us at the time of such change.
20 - We advise you to print and keep safe a copy of these Terms and Conditions

TRAILBLAZER BIKES Warranty

For GENUINE warranty claims, we will promptly repair or replace the damaged component at no cost to you. Please do not return goods to us before first contacting us.

It is the customers responsibility to return and collect the items under warranty. We CANNOT arrange collection and redelivery.

Please note, no bike is indestructible and it is up to the owner to ensure that his / her bicycle is only used within the Manufacturers LIMITS OF USE, is correctly assembled & adjusted before use, and is regulary & correctly maintained and is fully serviced at least every 500 miles of normal road use.

Warranty claims for wear and tear, abuse, readjustment, tightening or realignment can NOT be considered. TRAILBLAZER BIKES will only accept warranty claims for materially defective goods where it can be proved that the item was supplied in a defective condition.

The length of warranty is dependant on the Make / Model of bicycle or component purchased. If you are unsure of the length of warranty provided please phone / EMAIL us

Every CYCLE we supply has a minimum of 1 year warranty - subject to the above exclusions.

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing or by email

A copy of the original receipt must accompany any warranty claim

The following items are excluded from any warranty claim

Inner Tubes, Tyres, Brake Cables, Brake Blocks/ Pads, Gear Cables, Light Bulbs, and other items subject to normal WEAR & TEAR. In addition any Cycle or Part which has been used for OFF ROADING, STUNTS, COMMERCIAL USE, HIRE, ABUSE, NEGLECT or USE OUTSIDE THE MAKERS DESIGN LIMITS.

Nothing within these T & C affect your Statutory Rights.
