ORDERS
Once an order has been placed you will receive confirmation of the transaction via email.

DELIVERY
All prices and delivery charges are clearly stated at the time of ordering. Goods are dispatched within 2 - 3 working days. Goods will either be sent 1st class recorded delivery or by Parcel force for larger orders. Both services can take up to 3 working days. Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse customers for goods lost in the post. However, the recorded delivery service we use does insure your order for up to £39 if lost by Royal Mail. If you wish to insure the parcel for a larger amount please let us know and we will obtain a price for you.

RETURNS
We do our very best to describe goods and sizing clearly. If however you do wish to return goods you have 7 days in which to make this decision and inform us, either by email or telephone. (This is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Distance selling regulations 2000). In order to obtain a refund or exchange, goods must be returned to us within 14 days unworn and in their original condition to:

PAYMENT METHODS
We use Pay Pal as our secure payment provider which offers the facility to order securely on-line using credit/debit cards or via your paypal account. Alternatively, you can send a cheque or postal order. Please call us first before you do this or place your order online(using the cheque payment method option) so we may reserve stock for you whilst awaiting payment. Cheques can take between five and seven working days to clear before goods are then despatched.

AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to keep our website as up to date as possible with regards to stock availability. However, occasionally we can be out of stock of certain items. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of an expected delivery date and also give you the option to cancel your order.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
To enable us to process your order we will collect information such as name, address, email address and telephone number. We would like to keep your details on our mailing list only to update you on new stock and special offers. If however you would not like us to keep your details for this purpose please let us know and we will delete your information from our mailing list. We do not share this information with other companies nor do we keep any record of your payment details as this transaction is carried out securely by PayPal, our payment service provider.
