Novus Alpha - Legal GPS Speed Camera Detection
The Novus Alpha uses the award-winning speed camera database used by all Novus based products and adds the unique vehicle mode feature , warnings via voice annoucements and full colour OLED screen with these features its hard to beat .
The Novus Alpha features an OLED 1.5-inch screen, using OLED (organic light-emitting diode) technology Novus Alpha this overcomes theissues of viewing the screen in bright sunlight.
Novus Alpha operation is supplied with a 24 key IR (Infra-Red) remote control.
The Novus Alpha is pre insalled with the Novus camera database which has all the GPS co-ordinates of the all speed cameras and mobile Camera hazards: Gatso, Truvelo, DS2, SPECS speed cameras, Mobile speed cameras, Red light cameras, Congestion charging zones, Saftey camera zones, Accident black spots. The Novus Alpha even has warnings for Sharp Bends on roada nd roads with steep inclines. With Novus Alpha IR remote control the user can change individual selections of warning camera types
When the Novus Alpha is in a stop position it displays the time, when in transit the current vehicle GPS speed is shown. The Novus Alpha also provides the following screen information, date, SOS position, maximum speed, time, elapsed time and distance travelled for each trip travelled.

VEHICILE PROFILES
The vehicle profile feature will adjust the speed limit announcement of the Alpha according to the type of vehicle that is being driven. When the Alpha is first switched on it will announce the current active vehicle profile and show an icon on the basic operating screen. The driver should ensure the correct profile is selected for their vehicle.
