If you are not going to be at home to sign for the delivery, we can arrange to deliver your goods to an alternative address for you I.E. (place of work/neighbour etc..) please provide the alternative address with your order. Goods CANNOT be left in an outbuilding and goods will not be left without a signature.
If you are not in when the goodss arrive, the courier will leave a card through your door and you will need to contact the courier depot direct and re-arrange delivery or you could arrange to collect the item from the local depot. Faileddeliveries or return of goods to Midland Parrots will result in further delivery charges
