Postage & Packaging:

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, however some deliveries can take up to 7 to 10 working days.
 If a product needs to be ordered because it is out of stock,we will notify you accordingly. This can happen at times of high demand.
All goods will be packed in new packaging and adequately protected. The cost of postage and Packaging is displayed in your shopping cart. Please choose the delivery method you require. Items will be sent via Royal mail or courier and will require a signature. To prevent credit card fraud  an alternative shipping address is no longer acceptable .We keep all receipts for postage, and all are sent recorded to ensure you get them.

1. All prices listed with items do not include postage and packaging charges

2. Postage and Packaging charges on all goods is charged per delivery,  not per item

3.  Our postage rates are :
a. Mainland UK and Northern Ireland:- £4.95
Mainland Uk and Northern Ireland is a set charge
irrespective of weight.
b. Outside Mainland UK including Channel Isles £15.00*
c. Europe £16.00
d. USA –Canada:- £22.00*
e. Rest of World £26.00*

* International and European carriage costs as stated above are based on a standard charge on weights up to
2 kg. Goods exceeding this weight will be subject to additional charges. We will notify you via email of any additional charges that may be incurred.

 4. We, Fosse Equestrian reserve the right to charge additional postage cost if incurred should you as the customer
not chose the correct location for delivery.

5. Any charges incurred by Fosse Equestrian for the return of goods, caused by the failure of the customer to accept or fail to collect goods delivered by carriers within the specified time given at time of
attempted delivery, will be charged to you,  the customer, at the rate of £13.00 plus vat.
