Invitation to renew your Season ticket for the new 2008-9 Season

First of all can I thank you for your valued support of Exeter City during this and previous seasons. These are exciting times for the Club and we truly appreciate your support both on and off the pitch.

We are currently completing our 2008-9 Pride of Devon brochure and will send this to you in a few weeks time. With the season now reaching its exciting conclusion we wanted though to write to you as early as possible to introduce you to next season’s Season Ticket offers. One of the main reasons for this is that we are very pleased to announce that with our special ‘Early Bird’ discounts all season ticket prices have been frozen or reduced in price from this season.

Two seasons’ ago we made a commitment to hold our matchday entry prices at the same level for two seasons. Having honoured this, we have reviewed our matchday prices for next season but feel that it is right to only announce these to take account of which division we are competing in next season. Matchday prices will therefore be published at the beginning of June, but we are offering all season tickets based on this year’s gate prices so that as a season ticket holder you might further benefit from bigger discounts should matchday prices rise. 

Season ticket holders are the core of our fanbase so we are pleased to reward all who support us in this way with:
- Price reductions from published annual ticket prices through ‘Early Bird’ discounts for all Season Tickets paid for before 2nd May 2008.
- Early Bird prices frozen.
- Further discounts available to you if you are already, or sign up with your new season ticket, to become a member of the ‘City Foundation’ (details available on the club website www.exetercityfc.co.uk or from the club).
- Facility for you to make full payment by debit card or credit card.
- Continued extension of our child rate to include all those under age 18 on 1st September 2008.
- Introduction of a Child’s Early Bird ticket for the Big Bank (to be renamed the ‘Tribute Stand’ as part of a new sponsorship deal), and a reduction in the Annual Ticket price for all under 18s in the Flybe Stand.
- Continuation of our Gold Flybe Stand Season Ticket option (car parking, signed replica shirt, matchday magazine, Players’ Photo day ticket, and other benefits in the price).
- Offer of 3 and 5-year Season Tickets, with increased price reductions over time.
- Guarantee of priority ticket allocation for ‘all-ticket’ matches within our control for Season Ticket holders.

Please note that seats currently held by Season Ticket holders must be renewed by 15th June 2008 or they will be placed on general sale on that date.

We will be announcing further packages and promotions for next season over the coming months but, in the meantime, I hope that you will agree with us that our Season Ticket Offer is the best way to provide Exeter City with the funds we need to further build the club and team and to provide you with the great entertainment you expect. I hope too that you will appreciate both the opportunity we have taken to reward your loyalty to the club in the ways outlined above, and also the improved quality of what you receive as part of the packages.
