Product Supply:
Product will be supplied with fixing unattached. Attachment of fixing using the self adhesive layer is a matter of seconds, and full instructions are supplied.
Delivery Area:
We will only accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom and EEC.
Delivery Time:
This product is individually made for each order. We will endeavour to despatch within 3 working days of receipt of your order. Despatch will normally be by Royal Mail standard letter post.
Payment method:
We can only accept ONLINE payment using the Debit or Credit cards shown. Currency is Pounds Sterling.
Communication:
All communication other than despatch of goods will be conducted by email.
Privacy & Disclosure:
Naturally and legally we respect your right to privacy. None of the information we take from you is passed on to third parties, except when needed as part of the business service we provide for you, or as required under UK Law.
Data Collection:
We only collect details about you when you place an order. These are your name and address, your email address, and any other details necessary to fulfil your order. We do not collect any information which may be deemed "sensitive personal data" under the Data Protection Act 1998.
Cookies:
You will need cookies enabled to ensure the correct function of the Shopping Cart whilst you are using the store. (Cookies are small pieces of information created by websites which are stored on your computer). If you have cookies disabled then the Shopping Cart will normally function but we cannot guarantee it. The cookies are only used for this, and store no other information.
Data Protection:
All addresses are automatically entered into a database so you may receive occasional emails from us about our products or services in the future. Customers are free to opt out of the news services by following the instructions on the bottom of each news email.
Submission of your order is deemed as giving consent to provide us with your details. We use no other means of data collection.

We can only accept online debit and credit payment methods as shown on all pages, otherwise we could not provide this incredible service.

Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, your payment will be returned when you have returned the goods, and we have received them.
Liability:
This section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
freebadge.co.uk will make every reasonable effort to ensure that only acceptable product is supplied.
freebadge.co.uk reserves the right to refuse supply of any material it believes to be offensive or malicious or what could be classed as illegal in any manner whatsoever. In such an instance the client will be given the opportunity to amend the wording to an acceptable style.
In any event the customer implicitly accepts that by placing an order over the internet, where custom wording and a postal delivery address is involved, that that wording will be delivered to the person and address specified. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that no Law will be broken by these actions, for which the client is responsible.
For the avoidance of doubt, freebadge.co.uk do not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from freebadge.co.uk’s negligence or wilful default, or that of Freebadge.co.uk’s employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation.
freebadge.co.uk does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price.
We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, freebadge.co.uk shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify freebadge.co.uk of the problem in writing, AND RETURN THE GOOD IN QUESTION to the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 10 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
The products sold on the Site are provided for private domestic and small consumer use only. Accordingly, Freebadge.co.uk do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Site or for any products or services purchased from freebadge.co.uk.
