Terms and Conditions
In the operation of our business we comply with all relevant British laws relating to Consumer Rights.
It is our aim to provide you with excellent products, which are always as described, as well as with excellent service.
We undertake to meet our obligations to despatch goods that have been ordered honestly and in good faith by our customers.
We endeavour to despatch all goods within five working days of order placement - and often manage to despatch within 24 hours. However, if due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot supply within 21 days of order, we will let you know and give you the option to cancel your order.
In the event of a manufacturing fault with any item supplied, we will be happy to replace or refund in full on request. We will also provide full postage and packaging costs to enable any customer to return a faulty item.
We are aware that, as in any business, we may occasionally make mistakes. If you feel that we have done so, or if you are unhappy in any way with our products or service, please get in touch with us and we will endeavour to put things right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Product(s) ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it for any valid reason.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered is unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
A notification to us of the possibility of a fraudulent transaction or the fraudulent use of a credit card, name or other relevant information
